I am on spool 3 of the 5 in the package and so far each one has jammed because of the way they were wound in the factory. I have spend as much time disassembling and rewinding these spools as I have trimming. The trimmer is great, but unless Ryobi provides usable replacemen spools, I cannot recommend the trimmer either.
