Easy to use with great features.
I bought this because my gas powered one finally died and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I was able to trim an acre and a half on two batteries with one spool of line. Would definitely recommend.

Works As Advertised
Used it on weeds that grew under shrubbery. It worked well I like the option to switch the speed and the battery run time. Charging the battery doesn't take as long as other brands of weed trimmers. Trimmer itself is kind of long, but I like the extra reach that it gives. Not heavy or difficult to use. The twist to edge feature is a plus as well.

Very happy with both, the string trimmer has a high and low speed setting. I have river stones in my flower bed the low speed work Great when cutting weeds in the rocks

Warranty is fantastic

Great product overall
Bought this trimmer in a kit with a battery, charger, and also the 350CM leaf blower. The kit is only available in Home Depot stores, for some reason it doesn't even exist on Ryobi's own website. However, it is the best 18V Ryobi trimmer and blower kit that exists even though Ryobi's website only advertises the cheaper less powerful trimmer and blower kits. The trimmer is great, lots of adjustability for people of different heights and swivels to make the handle more convenient for whether you're trimming or edging. The string however is pretty weak and breaks off more then would be desired. Recommend getting strong string and coiling it up on the spool and going from there. The blower is super convenient as all you have to do is put the battery in and pull the trigger. No locking mechanism (it's a blower so that would be unnecessary anyway) and the tub detaches from the motor for compact storage/transport.
