Completely surprised
I’ve always had a chainsaw, but never thought a battery saw would keep up. I was wrong. I cut down 5 trees the other day, largest being 12 inches, and it didn’t bog down at all and only used 1 battery. Perfect for my needs at home.

Fantastic Tool!
I purchased this a month ago after selling my gas powered chainsaw. The 40V is crazy powerful! I am over impressed. I needed something to replace my gas powered as I could no longer deal with the pull start due to a back injury. This 40V is much lighter and for my use just as powerful. Cuts thru 10-12 in trees with no issues. You will be impressed.

Fast cutter
purchased 16in chain saw last spring. Works like a champ. Battery power will last until I need a break. Cuts as good as my gas powered, much quieter, lighter & maintenance is cleaning, not dealing with gas issues. Glad I purchased it.

Poor battery life
Cuts good. Major disappointment in that it only runs 20 minutes on a battery charge. That is for continuous cutting. And I have two batteries that are the same.

Easy to operate and maintain
I purchased this last Fall to trim branches and used it again after a recent ice storm. It’s easy to operate and maintain. I’m pleased with the run time on the battery. I was able to get everything cleared on one charge . Bonus, you don’t smell like exhaust fumes (gas/oil saws) after using it .

This fills a need as you do not need to fire up the Stihl on many jobs. This has a real place as a tool of choice. Much safer than the gas models and easy to control. Watch the oil and sharpen the blade as needed. Would buy again.
