Loved it for first few months
I bought this less than a year ago, was great the few times I was able to use it and I did my 1st spring mow and it worked fine but now it won’t stay on. I used the manual to troubleshoot which really is not very helpful. Went to the support site and the person in chat asked if I used the manual then sent me to go to a certified shop to get it looked at. The nearest one to me is almost 100 miles away. I would have liked more assistance in troubleshooting but this is also happening to my sons mower that’s exactly like mine both less than a year old….not impressed

Replaced my gas lawnmore
I was tired of gas and don't like electric. Tried the battery lawn more and was very shocked with the performace. I returned to the store and purchased an edger and trimmer. Next will be hand tools.

Works Like a Charm
I just upgraded from the 18" 40V model. This was able to cut my lawn quickly and cleanly using about half the 6Ahr battery provided.

Easy to start
We bought this April 26 of this year. Have only used it once. The bottom plastic, ill call it a kick plate, piece has broken off Other than that it seems to work well for what we want.

Love it, Replaced my gas mower!
My gas mower decided it no longer wanted to crank and I was tired of dealing with carburetors so I decided to go with the this mower instead. All I can say is I'm glad I did.
