40V 20" Brushless Snow Blower with 5Ah Battery & Charger
40V Brushless 20" Snow Blower Kit is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 250.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Struggled then finally broke... I purchased this product fall of 2021, and the snowblower worked well for a time. However, battery life and machine power are directly and heavily affected by battery storage temperature. You need to charge and store in your house instead of your garage. Even when the batteries are warm and charged, the blower cannot clear a 3 car driveway of 4" of fluffy snow without draining at least 3 full 5AH batteries. Today, the chute turn handle broke clean off, shearing the metal in half. I can't find a spare part, and this blower was only used maybe a dozen times. I can't justify spending money on this brand anymore when this machine was such a chore to own. Invest in your tools, don't buy a cheap unit like I did.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disapointed Bought this for winter 20/21. Didn't get to use it much but seemed ok on light dry snow. I'm just using this to clear the sidewalk and near buildings where I can't reach with snow plow. Got the first chance to try it in January 2022. It seemed to be of some use on very light snow less than 6" deep, but would stall continuously in even slightly denser wind packed or wet snow. The third time I tried to use machine in would only run intermittently even if running under no load. Tried two freshly charged batteries and kept machine in a heated shop. Made no difference. Cables and switch seem to be okay. I'm guessing that the motor drive board is faulty. I can't sell or even give this thing away with a clear conscience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Awesome...when it works This snowblower handles very well for being battery powered. The problem I have (and may others by searching the internet) is that it often cuts the power for no reason. Some days it works great, on other days it shuts off as soon as it touches snow. There's no rhyme or reason to be found. So, it's a gamble on any given day if it will get the job done. FYI - I'm a diehard Ryobi fan, so it's tough for me to give a low rating on one of their tools. This is the only Ryobi thing in my arsenal that I'm not happy with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Customer Service I purchased my snow blower Summer 2021, and pulled it out for the first time in January 2022. There was a part missing, so I called Ryobi customer service to have this issue resolved. I received the best customer service experience, I was so impressed I had to leave a review. The representatives I spoke with Pam and another young lady both were excellent, they were very polite and were determined to resolve my issue. I'm very satisfied with the service I received, and will definitely recommend Ryobi products.
