40V 21" BRUSHLESS Snow Blower with (2) 5.0Ah Batteries & Charger
40V BRUSHLESS 21" Snow Blower Kit is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 253.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad investment Please, read the reviews before purchasing. Bought mine last year and finally got to use it. Worked great the first time. Got over 40 minutes of use. Second time around about 10 minutes and now the auger seemed jammed. Nothing’s causing it to not work properly. It’s well past tge 90 days that I could return it to Home Depot. I could work on it myself, but this product should be working. Did my research after the fact and it’s a common failure without the right solution. On the bright side I have a flashlight that I can push around.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So close to a great unit I have the mower and love it, so it was natural to think the snow blower would be great as well. The first use was excellent, until the direction control lever stopped working. If I hit the release button on the deck I can adjust it by hand, and the lever moves that way, but no force will move the chute if you try to use only the handle. I really don't want to return it, but it looks like I have no option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Good My blower gets caught on every single slightly uneven sidewalk. line and driveway line. I must use force to push it. As a result, it resulted in an expensive uncovered major repair in less than a year (319.00). I paid to repair the flange, auger, housing, and center bracket. After the repair, the blower still gets caught on the sidewalk and is still difficult to push. As a result, it is now making a violent rattling noise. I would love to repair it again but home depot only covers the repair for 90 days, and my warranty expired 12-19-22 right before the start of winter. How about that. I really feel like the sucker for buying a plastic snow blower that is hard to push. I should have taken it back then. Shame on me. Also, I would love to buy the blower only without the battery, but I cannot get any cooperation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handle does not stay latched. The motor on the snowblower is working with our recent snow. The light is bright and make everything visible. The issue I have is the handle not stalling latched and has some slop when latched on both sides. This is the first time using the snow blower.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage I literally use mine less than 20 minutes before it stopped working batteries still had half charge but would never turn back on extremely disappointed and I am a Ryobi fan and have everything else they offer I just wouldn’t bother with this!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good concept... 1st snow I was happy finally got to try out my new 21 Ryobi brushless snow blower. What a disappointment. Went 5 feet and it shut off. This wasn't a heavy wet snow it was 2 inches of fluff. Come on. Took 5 minutes it finally started back up. Ok let's keep trying. My drive is 20 feet wide it can't throw snow 5 feet. When I finally finished my driveway. I started the sidewalk I had a choice either let the wind throw it rite back onto me or throw it across the sidewalk. It barely I mean barley made it the 3 feet. I am SO disappointed in this. I have a ton of Ryobi 2 lawn mowers and a ton of the 18v stuff. I am going to return this. I'll buy it again maybe the next model year. Also it hits every crack and expansion joint in concrete and stops you. It needs ski's like every other snow blower and the scraper should be metal not plastic that will wear down in no time

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrated yet seeking support I purchased this last night from home depot and paid for it at new price my mistake. The home depot in boardman ohio informed me that the snow blower I purchased was transferred last minute from Austintown Ohio location which should have been a dead give away the this snow blower was a dud or had issues yet believing in the brand I purchased it and brought it home. As soon as I opened the box I find it is used and the motor will not spin like it has ether hit something or the 40 volt batteries the were fully charge and in the equipment while in the box were dead. I am frustrated with the situation as I thought I was buying new yet am stuck with a dud and a $600 + bill
