Great Trimmer
This replaced a very old system from my grandpa. It's night and day. Cuts very well. Handles thick branches with easy. Battery lasts plenty long for my yard size.
My only issue I have, which I'm not including in my rating since it's not product related, is when this arrived to my home it was clearly opened/returned. The charger was missing and the battery was defective. Had to go into my local HD for a new charger and battery.

Efficient Hedge Trimmer
I anted a cordless trimmer and that motivated me to purchase this trimmer. I is very efficient with its rotating handle, the sweeper of the cuttings and of course being cordless. No more worrying about electrical cord and the battery lasted over an hour of continous use. Highly recommended.

Powerful tool
I bought this tool because I was tired of the electric hedge trimmer's cord getting tangled up on brush branches. This tool is very strong and cuts thru 1/4" branches with ease. The 2H battery has sufficient charge for most jobs. If you use a 4H battery is makes the tool a bit too heavy especially when extending your reach while on a step latter. Best to have a second 2H battery to make the larger jobs easier.

quality in question.....
i used this tool maybe 20 times less thant one year old. Already gone through one battery. On my second battery. Tool not working.
Also tried to call custoner service support good luck w that. Your hold time is an average of 20 minutes. The recording asks if you dont want to hold and have a call back....How are you suppossed to do that when you need to have access to the tool.

Gets the Job Done
I've had the trimmer for a couple weeks now and everything is working well. No issues so far. The battery was dead out of the box, but I had no issues exchanging the dead battery for a brand new one.

Great Trimmer
I bought this hedge trimmer kit about 6 weeks ago. It works great. It came with a 2ah hour battery (and charger) that makes the trimmer a little lighter than it would be with the higher ah batteries. It also came with an attachment that help move the cut materials along as the trimmer is cutting. However, I happened to completely delete the 2ah battery and had some difficulty getting it to recharge. I let it set for a full day, but it still wouldn't charge. A blog mentioned that the battery will sometimes fall asleep and give a charging error when depleted completely. Fortunately, after letting it sit for a second day, it finally was able to recharge.
