Works well for suburban use
Added this to the electric mower and glad I did. Battery only down to half after finishing trimming my 0.25 acre yard. Would be nice if it accepted thicker line, but for suburban use it does the trick.

Very good trimmer
I bought it 2 weeks ago and used it once. It is powerful enough to trim the front and backyards but not enough to finish the edging. The battery died and needed recharging. It is still a very good trimmer. Need better instruction on reloading the string trimmer, and trouble shooting/correcting any problem with the bumper/feeder. Need better/more detail instruction how to disassemble to feederbumpers/string loader.

Works well even in tall grass
I’ve used it several times and I’m impressed how well it works and how long the battery lasts and I can use my blower batteries if I choose but haven’t needed to. I run out of power by the time the trimmer does. I would recommend it.

Love love!
This tool is a bit heavier than the trimmer that uses the 18v, but the power is worth it! Plus it's same battery as my lawn mower so technically I have two batteries I could use on my lawn mower.

Need a new motor
Received for Father's Day last year - worked great. First time use this year and debris came from motor and began smoking. I removed battery and let smoke subside. Now motor just makes whining noise and no movement. Need to replace motor - have a part number I can order?

Awful
I am so annoyed over the weedwacker. It worked beautifully last fall when I purchased it and used it a couple times and I was super satisfied. I went to replace the string after using it the first time just now, and I was able to get the head off - however after replacing the string and trying to put the spool back on, there is an obstruction in 2 of the holes on the head preventing it from going back on. The manual is super unhelpful. I tried to call customer support and chatting however after an hour on hold, finally gave up. I guess I will be purchasing another brand but too bad it has been too long to return this one to the store - or buying a head replacement which I should not have to do after only a handful of uses :( I would stay away.

Cannot unlock Spool Head
It will be impossible to change the string, because the spool head cannot be unlocked. I looked at Youtube, and it should be just a twist, but I nearly broke my wrist and it would not budge
