Poor quality. Frustrating durability
The original version of this wasn't exactly winning an awards for long term use, but I have bought the new 2-in1 multiple times now and have yet to even be able to switch out the blades on any of them. Not only do the blades wear down prior to one full use for me (and my yard is not very big) but when they break, they take the piece hat is supposed to hold the interchangeable blades in place with the,. Making this a fictionally one time use product.
Given that in multiple attempts I haven't been able to change the blades, I'd prefer just going back to the original version that wasn't build to change anything out. It wasn't rhe greatest product on earth, but the quality overall was far superior to the 2-in-1 and if both are going to effectively function as single use items I'd rather have the one that doesn't break and throw blades within 10 minutes of it's first use.
